This is a great question because there is a time and a place for both. Do you have a property you need done quickly i.e. commercial or investment property, then spraying is the way to go. But spraying changes a finish and is very hard to touch up. In our busy lives with big families it’s sometimes inconvenient to move everything out of the room. Walls can get scratched just by wear and tear but can easily be touched up if the finish is hand rolled.
This is simply you get what you pay for. In my experience inexpensive paint will only require more coats and intern more labor hours. Sherwin Williams provides the quality we want in our homes without fail. But ultimately I leave it up to the customer which paint they would like to use.
